Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Sprout Gift Co. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

Return Period

Items can be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Return Location

Returns are accepted only onsite at our store. Please note that returns will not be accepted at the Foundation office.

Condition of Items

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must include the original sales receipt. Refunds can only be issued if the original form of payment is presented at the time of return.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, unless there is a manufacturer’s issue.

Refund Policy

For items returned with the original sales receipt, tags, and packaging intact, we will refund the purchase to the original form of payment. For items returned with tags and original packaging but without a sales receipt, we will offer store credit.
